Yes. It is required that you service your vehicle per the vehicle's manufacturer's recommendations within 30 days or 1000 miles of the specific factory recommended service. This means you will have a total of 60 days (30 before and 30 after) and 2000 miles (1000 before and 1000 after) in which to perform your maintenance. See the Lifetime Limited Warranty for details on maintenance requirements.
No. You can have maintenance services performed at any repair facilities nationwide; however, it is recommended that you use the dealership that sold you the vehicle; they know your vehicle the best. Retain your receipts to provide you completed the required services.
Your Lifetime Limited Warranty is covering the internal components of the engine, transmission and some key components of your axle/drive train assemblies. Any and all maintenance that influences or impacts these vital machinery components MUST be performed within the time frame described above (+/- 30 days; +/- 1000 miles).
